Storage Solutions Ltd, a fast expanding distributor, established in 1993 has recently started manufacturing operations in Great Torrington and is seeking to create new roles re-located from its Oxfordshire Head Quarters.
Senior Sales, Office and Administration Supervisor - Full Time
The job holder will be responsible for handling sales and service enquiries from both the UK and abroad, taking orders and procuring items for the Storage Solutions Ltd paper and web based catalogues. There will also be supervisory responsibility for the Stock Control and Warehouse Supervisor and initially one Sales Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have been involved in a similar role, with good IT skills and an excellent telephone manner. A knowledge of industrial equipment, including trucks, trolleys and shelving products, particularly in relation to the Spur and/or Bott product ranges, would be a distinct advantage.
Stock Control and Warehouse Supervisor – Full Time
This person will be responsible for stock control of both manufacturing and warehouse functions. The job holder should have an eye for detail with experience in progress chasing.
You should have a forklift truck licence and experience in a fast moving, mission critical, stock control environment.
Sales Assistant – Full Time
The ideal person for this role will have experience in customer focussed service sales of technical products. You will need a good telephone manner and IT skills, preferably with exposure to export sales.
